📌 Job Overview
Team GDC ME is currently hiring skilled and responsible drivers to operate both light and heavy vehicles for transportation and logistics tasks. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and proper vehicle handling. Candidates should be comfortable driving a range of vehicles and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
🔧 Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate various vehicles such as sedans, SUVs (including GMC Suburban), pickup trucks, and cargo vehicles.
- Ensure the safe transportation of staff, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical faults or safety concerns before driving.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks like checking oil, coolant, and overall vehicle condition.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure on-time deliveries and transport schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and trip records as per company requirements.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of driving experience, including 1 year of accident-free driving in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with SCA Driver Courier (31043) standards is required.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, including light and heavy-duty equipment.
- Experience in handling material equipment like forklifts (up to 2 tons) is an added advantage.
- Must hold a valid Saudi driving license for both light and heavy vehicles.
- Basic communication skills in Arabic and English are preferred.

- Must pass all medical fitness tests required for employment.
- A clean criminal record is mandatory for Saudi work visa approval.
- Candidates must successfully pass drug and alcohol screening tests, with ongoing random checks during employment.
- Willingness to comply with all rules under Saudi Labor Law throughout the contract period.
